overweeg bij falen van de eerste eradicatiepoging het 2e regime te baseren op gegevens resistentiebepaling en overleg voor 3e lijns behandeling met arts-microbioloog of infectioloog
bismuth is in Nederland niet meer geregistreerd; gebruik als alternatief sucralfaat po 2000mg 2dd
let op bij tegelijk gebruik van clarithromycine en andere QT-tijd verlengde medicatie en doe zonodig ECG's voor start en tijdens behandeling
