Als een patiënt één of meer van de volgende risicofactoren heeft moet er < 24 uur een Legionella-urineantigeentest verricht worden: 1. Recent bezoek aan het buitenland 2. tijdens een Legionella epidemie 3. Onvoldoende verbetering na ≥ 48 uur behandeling met een beta-lactam antibioticum: behandel als ernstige CAP
