General comments
ernstige CAP: AMBU-65 3-5; PSI 5
- er moet binnen 12-24 uur een pneumokokken-urineantigeentest verricht worden; indien positief kan versmald worden naar penicilline iv of amoxicilline iv.
- er moet binnen 12-24 uur een Legionella-urineantigeentest verricht worden
- Bij patiënten afkomstig uit een land met een verhoogde incidentie voor Pneumokokkenresistentie dient gestart te worden met ceftriaxon 1dd 2 gram IV. Bij twijfel overleg met uw arts-microbioloog of infectioloog
