General comments
Aan begin behandeling patiënte opnemen.
Houdt rekening met eerdere bijzondere resistentie/ESBL kolonisatie dan wel infectie tot 1 jaar terug en pas empirische antibiotica therapie hier op aan.
Antibiotica beleid aanpassen na 48-72 uur op geleide van resistentiepatroon.
Wanneer een groep-B-streptokok gekweekt wordt bestaat de indicatie voor antibiotische profylaxe rond de baring, waarvoor consult gynaecoloog.
